Draw the defense.

Ink enters from the left. Your guild’s heart is on the right. A wave succeeds if the heart still shines when the last enemy is gone.

  1. Place three lanterns. Choose a keeper, then tap a courtyard cell. Each keeper attacks nearby ink.
  2. Draw your light. The ribbon connects lanterns in the order shown. Position its two segments across the incoming lanes to add thread damage.
  3. Choose Hina’s focus. Flare burns the pack, Ward protects the heart, and Tangle strengthens your thread.
  4. Launch, learn, adapt. Choose a boon after a successful wave. Complete four waves to earn moonpetals for the guild.
Keyboard controls

On the courtyard: arrow keys choose a cell; Enter or Space places your selected keeper. 1, 2 and 3 select a lantern. P pauses playback. Escape closes a menu.

Pause and skip affect animation only. Failed contracts earn a bounded reward for the waves you completed. Abandoning earns no reward.

Put down the lanterns?

Abandoning ends this contract with zero reward. Your existing guild progress stays saved. To continue a saved contract, its matching edition is required.

Keep this light as your best?

Retiring ends this Trial without adding score or rewards. Your cleared-wave checkpoints and earned collection items stay saved. To continue a saved Trial, its matching edition is required.
